Term of Fulfillment
All items purchased from diveMonsterScuba.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
P.O. Boxes
Shipping to P.O. Boxes will be granted only upon request, please call for details.
Special Order Items
Items we don't usually stock, and are ordered specifically for the customer are special orders. The sale of special orders are final and non-refundable and may take an extensive amount of delivery time depending on the item's availability from the manufacturer. Please contact us in advanced for expected delivery time.
Canceled Order
If the merchandise from your order has already been shipped and a cancellation is allowed, it will be your responsibility to pay the complete shipping and handling charges.
Return Policy
At diveMonster Scuba you can take advantage of our 30 day return policy on all of our merchandise (excluding Books, CDs, VHS tapes, and DVDs). Upon arrival inspect the equipment, and if you are not fully satisfied, return it for a full refund less Shipping charges (provided it has not been used). No restocking fee and no questions asked.
If you find it necessary to return an item to us for repair, exchange or refund, please download and complete our R.M.A. Form.
To complete the R.M.A. Form, you must call us during customer service hours, at: 972-317-7234 for a Return Merchandise Authorization number, once you have the number, follow the instructions and complete the form.
Enclose the R.M.A. Form and a copy of the invoice along with the merchandise, repackaged securely in an corrugated box or in any other appropriate packaging, and send it prepaid and insured via insured mail or UPS to:

No packages will be accepted without an R.M.A. number on the outside of the box.
All merchandise must be in new, unused condition and in the original manufacturer's labeled packaging, enclosed within a shipping carton and must include all packaging materials and blank warranty cards. Merchandise returned without authorization will be refused, and the carrier will charge you freight in both directions.
